Back Pain Patients Dissatisfied with Many Traditional Treatments

Montclair, NJ (PRWEB) February 14, 2008 -- A new survey reveals that 71.2% of back pain patients who tried over-the-counter pain medications were dissatisfied, as reported by SpineUniverse.com (http://www.spineuniverse.com). Several other traditional treatments also left a majority of respondents unhappy with the results: 64.8% who tried chiropractic weren't pleased with the outcome, while 60.6% of people were dissatisfied with spinal injections.

Additionally, surgery, a treatment option utilized by less than 5% of back pain patients, was listed.
